Who we are

This website is operated by Inverted Works Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17321301), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

What this site is for

The site describes our services and products and provides a free self-serve diagnostic (the Scan). Content on this site, including Scan results, is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or other regulated advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Savings figures shown by the Scan are estimates calculated from the numbers you enter and typical patterns; your actual results will differ.

Service engagements

Audits, sprints and ongoing operations work are provided under separate written agreements. Those agreements, not these terms, govern any engagement, including scope, fees, guarantees, intellectual property and liability. Descriptions of offers on this site, including guarantees and prices, are invitations to discuss and are confirmed in writing before any engagement starts.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, graphics, imagery and the Scan, belongs to Inverted Works Ltd or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own use. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. The Inverted name and mark may not be used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with its operation, no scraping at a scale that degrades it, and no using it to transmit malicious code.

Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this site and its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where this site links to third-party sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@inverted.work.
