Find the work your team should not be doing any more.
A fixed-price, two-week diagnostic of every process your business still runs by hand. What each one costs you a year, what we would build instead, and what to do first.

Every AI agency will audit you for free.
A free audit is a sales call with a document attached. It exists to find reasons to sell you the retainer, so that's what it finds.
Ours is priced, guaranteed to surface at least three times its fee in findings, and written so any competent builder could execute it. Including your own team. Including someone who isn't us. That independence is what the fee buys.
£1m to £20m. Founder still in it.
Built for owner-led businesses where you can still see the manual work, and are probably still doing some of it yourself.
- Ecommerce, distribution, agencies, and operationally messy SMEs
- Founders still stuck inside the day-to-day
- Teams drowning in re-keying, chasing and copy-paste
- Too many tools, none of them talking
- Can't justify an AI team, and doesn't need one

The gaps between your tools

What lives in one person's head
Six documents.
Yours to keep, and any competent builder can execute them. Including your own team. Delivered on day fourteen and walked through live.
The process map
Every workflow a person still operates, drawn end to end, including the ones nobody wrote down.
What the manual work costs you a year
Hours times people times loaded wage, process by process. A number that has never appeared as a line on your P&L, which is exactly why it survives.
Every opportunity, scored
Payback, effort and risk on each one, with the expected payback stated in months, so the order of work is an argument you can check rather than a hunch.
Quick wins and strategic builds
The top three to build this quarter, and the three that compound over a year.
The roadmap
A build sequence with dependencies, tooling recommendations from what you already own, and every point where a person signs off marked on it.
A fixed sprint quote
If you want the first workflow built, the audit ends with a price for it. The sprint price is fixed before you commit, not estimated afterwards.
What a finding looks like.
Real patterns from the group we run, anonymised. Yours will differ. Finding them is what the audit is for.
340 lapsed trade accounts, nobody chasing. The system builds the re-activation ledger and drafts the outreach; a person approves every send.
£58k/yr recoverable revenueSix and a half hours a week re-keying courier claims between an inbox and a spreadsheet. Rebuilt with an approval gate on payouts.
£9k/yr in hours alone2,100 SKUs missing size data, quietly killing conversion. Enriched from supplier sources; a person spot-checks a 5% sample.
£14k/yr plus the conversion lift£183,000 of cost out of our own group in twelve months.
This is the audit run on ourselves. Real categories, rounded down, itemised below. The £150,000 of hiring we avoided is counted separately, because there is no invoice for a person you never employed.
Roles we did not have to open once the systems were running. It is a real saving and it is not in the £183,000 above, because money that never left the business does not belong in a total of money that did.
Priced by scope. On the page.
One department or function: support, product data, finance admin. Typical under about £2m revenue.

Multiple teams, sites or brands, £10m to £20m revenue.
A FULL CROSS-ENTITY MAP WITH SHARED-SYSTEM OPPORTUNITIES.
If the audit doesn't surface at least three times its fee in annualised savings, itemised per process with the hours and the wage cost behind each one, we refund it.
100% of the audit fee credits against an Inversion Sprint booked within 60 days.
All prices are ex-VAT. Add VAT at 20%. You are a VAT-registered business, so you will reclaim it.
Day one to day fourteen.
Kickoff. A 90-minute discovery call, read-only access where it is easy to grant, and the interview list agreed.
Short operator interviews and process mapping. We watch how work actually moves, not how the org chart says it does.
Scoring, the savings model, and the build sequence. Everything priced and ranked.
The report, walked through live. Questions answered. The roadmap is yours to keep and to execute with anyone you like.
After the audit, most clients take the top-ranked workflow into an Inversion Sprint (from £6,500 +VAT: one workflow built, documented, handed over, and live inside a month at entry scope). Some execute the roadmap themselves. Both are wins.
We build on: Claude · Agent SDK · your existing systems · nothing rented in your name
Asked and answered.
Will my team lose their jobs?
The work that goes is the work nobody wanted: re-keying, chasing, copy and paste. You want your team doing better work, not less work. The audit gives you a task-by-task list of what goes and what stays, so you can have that conversation holding a document rather than letting a rumour do it for you. If a role genuinely has nothing left in it, we tell you in week two, not in month three.
How much of our time does it take?
One 90-minute discovery call with you, half an hour each with three to five of the people doing the work, and read-only access where it is easy to grant. About five hours across a fortnight, and most of it is not yours. We work round your diary.
Is this a sales pitch for the sprint?
The audit stands alone. The roadmap is tool-agnostic, written so any competent builder could execute it, including your own team. The 100% fee credit exists if you want us to build; it expires after 60 days and that is the whole mechanism.
What if you don't find anything?
Then you don't pay. If the audit doesn't surface at least three times its fee in annualised savings, itemised per process with the hours and the wage cost behind each one, we refund it. We can make that guarantee because we have never seen an owner-led business at this size without repetitive work in it.
Which tools do you work with?
Yours. Shopify, Xero, spreadsheets, inboxes, CRMs, warehouse systems. The audit maps what you already own before recommending anything new, and anything we do recommend building ends up in your accounts. We don't resell licences and we don't take referral fees.
Who actually does the work?
The person who builds it is the person you deal with. No junior bench, no offshore delivery team, no account manager between you and the person doing the thinking. One person building it is also a risk, so everything ships documented, in your accounts, with your team trained on it. Any competent developer could pick it up from the runbook.
Is our data safe?
Read-only access, credentials in a vault, a mutual NDA as standard, UK GDPR posture, and nothing from your business is used to train public models. The data-handling terms are written into the engagement letter, not onto a policy page.
Are the prices really the prices?
Yes, plus VAT at 20%, stated everywhere. You're a VAT-registered business; you'll reclaim it. The only variable is scope, and that is agreed before we start.
In two weeks you'll have the list, priced, in order.
